Microlife sale is a big success

The OFE Growers wish to extend a big THANKYOU to everyone who participated in the Microlife sale this spring.  A total of 10,500 pound of product was purchased, surpassing last year’s total of 9000 pounds.  The sale, along with the jams and sauces, provide almost all of the operating revenue for the Fifth Grade Garden program at Oak Forest Elementary School.  Many volunteers were involved in the sale, including Eric Vogl (chairman), Lisa Vogl, Hal Opperman, Debbie Phillips, Sydney Hamilton, Gudrun Opperman and Denton Langridge.  And of course, all the Garden Club members and friends who purchased Microlife– may your gardens thrive.

Denton Langridge, Eric Vogl, and Hal Opperman provided the muscle on distribution day.
