The meeting is Monday, October 10, starting at 6:30p.m. with social time. Bowen’s presentation starts at 7 p.m., followed by a plant exchange.
Come explore tried and true tricks of the trade for organically prepping, restoring and sustaining healthy organic garden soil. We will cover techniques to prep your soil, soil amendments, useful tools and specialized recommendations for growing a wide variety of plants.
Feel free to bring your own soil examples/samples, soil amendments you might be wondering about as well as your gardening questions.
There will also be opportunities to order more of the preserves and sauces from OFE, and one more opportunity to sign up for the field trip on October 14 to Washington-on-the-Brazos.
